LETTER OF INVITATION FORM

Important Information

  • Please submit a separate invitation letter request form for each person requesting a letter.
  • Your name must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. Any differences between the name on your passport and the name on your invitation letter or other documentation could lead to a delay and/or denial of your visa.
  • All Letters of Invitation will be sent via email as a PDF attachment, unless otherwise requested (additional courier account numbers will be required).
  • Allow up to 7 days to receive the PDF copy of your invitation letter by email.
  • Beginning 12 January 2009, visitors to the U.S. from visa-waiver countries, most of which are in Europe, will be required to register online and to be screened and authorized for entry through the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) program. Authorization is good for two years or until one's current passport expires. The initial registration can take place any time before the first trip to the U.S. after the system goes into effect. As of January 20, 2010, this requirement will be strictly enforced.

Contact your local United States Consulate / Embassy for more information regarding visa and entry regulations to United States.
